By Bus (Manhattan bus map):
11 or 4 bus to the corner of Amsterdam Avenue and 110th Street
By Subway (Manhattan subway map):
1 train to 110th (Broadway). Walk one block east to Amsterdam or take the C train to Catheral Parkway/110th and walk 3 blocks west up hill to Amsterdam.
By Car:
Take the Westside Highway to 96th Street exit. Go east on 96th to Amsterdam Ave. then go up to 110th Street.
Parking (Manhattan parking garage map click on "Sites in NYC" then scroll to the bottom and select "Cathedral of St. John the Divine".):
Due to ongoing restoration and construction on the Close, there is very limited parking available. There are parking meters on Amsterdam and parking garages at:
- Amsterdam/114th,
- On 112th between Amsterdam/Broadway,
- On 106th between Amsterdam/Broadway and 3 between Amsterdam/Columbus
